REFUND

Every project starts with a thorough discovery/analysis and the creation of a scope of work document. It guarantees that everyone is aware of the requirements to avoid project cancellations, reversals, or disagreements. Because completing each target takes time, there is no compensation for work previously completed.

All completed work becomes the client's property in the event of a mutual termination, and any payments received for extra work are void. There is no return for prior payments or deposits. Once the client accepts mock-up drawings and the project enters development, there will be no cash reimbursement.

Refunds for project phases that have already started are not prorated. Cancellations are not accepted for services rendered on special occasions by our marketing team. These offers cannot be cancelled and have a predetermined expiration date.

The buyer will receive a refund if they decide not to proceed with the project within 5-7 days after requesting for a return.

CANCELLATION

The cancellation policy at Minitech IT Solutions is open and simple. The policy's conditions are listed below:

  • Please contact our billing department or your account manager with any cancellation requests. The cancellation won't be effective unless it receives departmental approval.
  • Only requests for cancellation that are submitted within 12 hours of the order being placed and before the project's execution has begun will be taken into consideration.
  • Any services provided by third parties, such as hosting, web development, content authoring, etc., are not the responsibility of Minitech IT Solutions.

Although a written cancellation request made 30 days prior to the scheduled start date is acceptable, web/app service packages are not refundable. A deposit or payment that has been left unclaimed or parked for more than 30 days won't be compensated.
